What is DiSC®?

  • Steadiness: For this personality type, you tend to find people who are dependable and cooperative.
  • Conscientiousness: Those who fall into this category put a lot of thought and care into their work. They focus on quality, accuracy, and competency.

As you may start to see from these personality types, building the right combination of these people into your team can be helpful in avoiding any blind spots or bottlenecks.

What is Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification?

The Everything DiSC Workplace® certification course has been put together by John Wiley & Sons, the publishers of Everything DiSC®. At The Heffelfinger Company, Inc., we provide the Wiley certification because of the expertise and experience the blended learning program provides.

The course itself is a 4-session class where learners complete self-paced online work combined with four 90-minute live sessions.

The course comes with a copy of the Everything DiSC® Research Manual and access to the EPIC Platform, which allows you to administer Everything DiSC® assessments to your organization.
