Deborah is highly effective at coaching executives and hi-potential staff, as well as executives moving into new organizations. She has extensive successful experience at repositioning HR functions to be more strategic and to partner with business leaders. She is extremely skillful at intervening in organizational culture issues and has experience with mergers and acquisitions.Her background includes with over 15 years of corporate management experience in VP/SVP functional leadership roles (Human Resources, Labor Relations, Communications, and Marketing).
Deborah holds a J.D. in Law and Masters degrees in Organizational Development and Clinical Pyschology.
